Delivery terms for this product:

Delivery lead-time within 14-17days by supplier.

Assembly fee is FREE on or before 28 February, 2023 (which was HK$200-$300 by cash)

Free delivery service for most areas within Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories one time*

*Additional charges for some areas:

•$200 for Tung Chung and Ma Wan

•$350 for Discovery Bay

•$50 for Tai Tam, Deep Water Bay, Repulse Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Mid-levels, the Peak

•for outlying islands and remote areas, please contact merchant for details.

Delivery period Monday to Saturady 10am-7pm (exclude public holidays), if any delivery request after 7pm or appointed date, will be charged $200 cash.

Supplier will contact customer by phone 1 day before delivery, if the delivery is on time, but no one receive the goods and without any notice in advance, customer needs to bear extra $350 for delivery.

Any address without lift or any platform/upstairs will be charged $100 per floor (except ground floor).

If any road is long way that vehicle cannot reach, will be charged $200 after 1st 100 meters, over 400 meters will be discussed。

Supplier provide 12 months warranty by order dated, it is not covered any damages by human error。

Product warranty is not included and will be extra charges as below :

(i) Damages by human error、improperly using、abuse, neglect, excessive erosion or rust, unauthorized repair or modification, loss of normal use over time, damage caused by accident。

(ii) The supplier has the sole discretion to determine whether the product problem raised by the customer belongs to the scope of maintenance and decides to repair or replace the defective product at its sole discretion。
