Exchange and Return Policy

Bought from our e-shop:

Attipas shoes

You need to tell us within 3 days and exchange it within 7 days.  Here how:

Make sure it is in like-new condition with the shoes, the plastic bag and the box included, e.g. the box, the plastic bag and the shoes are not damaged.  (HAPPY E-BABIES may determine like-new condition).

Email [email protected] or contact (+852) 63028778 to tell us about your problem with the size.  (You may need to provide your name and e-mail address).

If you want to exchange for another size, please tell us your new size request in the same colour.  (You may need to accept other colours if the ones you chose are out of stock.)

If you want to exchange for other items, no refund of cash will be done even if you exchange for lower price ones.  (You may need to make up for the odds.)

Ask us for a returning address and mail us your shoes.  Note: Customers are responsible to the courier fees to and from.  We are not responsible for packages that get damaged/ lost in transit!

Baby K’tan Baby Carrier

If you are experiencing difficulty with your Baby K'tan Baby Carrier, please contact us before returning your carrier.  We can often provide helpful wearing tips!

If you still want to exchange for another size, after trying again with our wearing tips, please tell us your new size request, provided that it is in the same fabric and colour.

If you want to exchange for another fabric, you may need to make up for the odds, but no refund of cash will be done even though you exchange for a lower price one.  (You may exchange for other items and you may need to make up for the odds.)

Owing to the concern of hygiene, sorry that AD RescueWear, GranbergAS Eczema Gloves and ScratchMeNot Flip Mittens cannot be exchanged.

If you have a defective item, please contact [email protected] or (+852) 6302 8778 and provide in writing a description of the defect, as well as digital pictures as evidence, along with your name, e-mail address and with the date of purchase.  At that time, HAPPY E-BABIES will evaluate each individual situation.

If it looks like a true defect, we will provide you a returning address and let you mail us the item(s).  (Note: Customers are responsible to the courier fees to and from.  We are not responsible for packages that get damaged/ lost in transit!)  We will check the returned item(s) and the box/packing first, before deciding whether we accept the exchange.  (You may need to pay for another courier fee if you want your returned one back if we don’t accept your exchange).  Please do not send us anything without our prior notice.

No warranty is expressed or implied regarding damage resulting from consumer misuse or neglect or for any consequential damages arising out of the use of such products.  You may also have to pay for our handling fee.  HAPPY E-BABIES reserves the right to inspect defective items before exchanging.  

If it looks like a true defect, we may replace it with a new one, with the same model number, same fabric/size and same colour.  If you want to exchange for other items, no refund of cash will be done even though you exchange for lower price ones.  (You may need to make up for the odds.)
